(Senate Bill 305)
AN ACT concerning
Annual Corrective Bill
FOR the purpose of correcting certain errors and omissions in certain articles of the
Annotated Code and in certain uncodified laws; clarifying language; correcting
certain obsolete references; providing that this Act is not intended to affect any
law other than to correct technical errors; repealing certain provisions of law;
renumbering certain sections of the Annotated Code; reorganizing certain
sections of the Annotated Code; validating and ratifying certain corrections
made by the publisher of the Annotated Code; providing for the future correction
of certain errors and obsolete provisions by the publisher of the Annotated Code;
providing for the effect and construction of certain provisions of this Act;
providing for the effective date of certain provisions of this Act; and making this
Act an emergency measure.
