[14-5B-16.] 14-5B-17.

(a)     Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not practice,
attempt to practice, or offer to practice medical radiation technology in this State
unless certified to practice medical radiation technology by the Board.

(b)     Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not practice,
attempt to practice, or offer to practice nuclear medicine technology in this State
unless certified to practice nuclear medicine technology by the Board.

(c)      Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a person may not practice,
attempt to practice, or offer to practice radiation oncology/therapy technology in this
State unless certified to practice radiation oncology/therapy technology by the Board.

17-3A-02.1.

(g) Any individual who violates subsection [(g)] (F) of this section is guilty of
a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $500 or
imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.

19-311.

Subject to the hearing provisions of § 19-312 of this subtitle, the Board may
deny a license to any applicant, fine a licensee, reprimand any licensee, place any
licensee on probation, or suspend or revoke a license if the applicant or licensee:

(10) Is disciplined by a licensing or disciplinary authority of any state,
country, OR branch of the armed services, or THE Veterans' Administration for an act
that would be grounds for disciplinary action under this section;
