5-1206.

(a) On or before December 15, 2000, and annually thereafter until December
15, 2004, the Secretary of Human Resources and the Secretary of Health and Mental
Hygiene shall report to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1246 of the State
Government Article, the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, the Senate
[Economic] EDUCATION, HEALTH, and Environmental Affairs Committee, the House
Appropriations Committee, and the House Environmental Matters Committee, on
their progress in complying with the provisions of this subtitle.

(iii) the Social Security NUMBER or other taxpayer identification
number of the obligor;

The Corporation is exempt from all taxes imposed by this State or any OF its
political subdivisions under Title 9 of Article 24 of the Code, Title 6, Subtitle 1 of the
Insurance Article, the Tax - General Article, or the Tax - Property Article.
