(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and ON
CONVICTION IS subject to a fine of not more than $2,500 or imprisonment for not
more than 5 years or both.

(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony and ON CONVICTION
shall be subject to a fine of not more than $50,000 or imprisonment for not more than
10 years or both.
