(b) Each local board shall place questions, NAMES OF candidates, and other
material on the ballot in that county in accordance with the content and arrangement
prescribed by the State Board.

10-201.

(b) (2) (i) If the total number of election judges for a precinct is six or
more:

1.       a local board may provide one or more election judges who
are not registered with either the majority [political] party or principal minority
political party; and

2.       a local board may provide one or more election judges who
are minors.
