follows:

amount that the annual per pupil foundation amount exceeds $624, and multiply this

(e)     (1) In fiscal year 2004, the State shall distribute a partnership grant of
$28,186,032 to the [New] Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners.

(2)     In fiscal year 2005, the State shall distribute a partnership grant of
$21,139,524 to the [New] Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners.

(3)     In fiscal year 2006, the State shall distribute a partnership grant of
$14,093,016 to the [New] Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners.
