The following property is subject to seizure and forfeiture:

(1) a handgun worn, carried, or transported in violation of § 4-203 or §
4-204 of the Criminal Law Article or sold, rented, transferred, or possessed in
violation of [Article 27, § 442, § 442A, or § 445 of the Code] § 5-103, § 5-104, § 5-118, §
5-119, § 5-120, § 5-121, § 5-122, § 5-123, § 5-124, § 5-125, § 5-126, § 5-127, § 5-128, § 5-129,
§ 5-133(A), (B), AND (D), § 5-134, OR § 5-136 OF THE PUBLIC SAFETY ARTICLE; and

13-203.

(b) (2) Qualification for possession of a handgun is the same as for sale or
transfer of a handgun under [Article 27, § 442 of the Code] §§ 5-103, 5-104, 5-118,
5-119, 5-120, 5-121, 5-122, 5-123, 5-124, 5-125, 5-126, AND 5-127 OF THE PUBLIC SAFETY
ARTICLE.
