Ch. 5
2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly was Art. 88B, § 36.
Former Art. 88B, § 36 related to reports by the Secretary of State Police on
the condition of the pension system. This provision is not retained in the
Code because of its limited and diminishing applicability. However, it is
transferred to the Session Laws to avoid any inadvertent substantive effect
that its repeal might have.
The only changes are in style.
[36A.] 8.

and compliance nature of the accounts and transactions of the State Police

might have.
