THE CIRCUIT COURT CLERKS SHALL REGISTER EACH INDIVIDUAL CONVICTED
OF FAILING TO REGISTER UNDER THIS SUBTITLE AND REPORT THE REGISTRATION
TO THE GOVERNOR IN ACCORDANCE WITH § 14-903 OF THIS SUBTITLE.

(F) ASSIGNMENT TO WORK BY GOVERNOR

THE GOVERNOR SHALL ASSIGN EACH INDIVIDUAL REGISTERED UNDER
SUBSECTION (E) OF THIS SECTION TO WORK AS PROVIDED IN § 14-904 OF THIS
SUBTITLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 89, § 5.

Subsection (a) of this section is revised in standard language used to state
a prohibition. Similarly, subsection (b) of this section is revised in standard
language used to state a penalty.

In the introductory language of subsection (c) of this section, the reference
to the issuance of a proclamation "under this subtitle" is substituted for the
former archaic reference to the issuance of a proclamation "hereinbefore
provided for" for clarity.

In subsection (c)(1) of this section, the reference to "addresses" is
substituted for the former reference to "places of residence" for clarity.

Also in subsection (c)(1) of this section, the former phrase "and to continue
to seek" is deleted as surplusage.

Also in subsection (c)(1) of this section, the reference to individuals who are
between "18 and 50 years old" is substituted for the former reference to
persons between "the ages aforesaid" for clarity. Similarly, the reference to
individuals who have failed to register "under this subtitle" is substituted
for the former reference to persons who have failed to register "as
aforesaid".

Also in subsection (c)(1) of this section, the reference to individuals not
regularly employed "or engaged in a lawful and useful occupation" is
substituted for the former reference to a person not regularly employed "as
aforesaid" for clarity and for consistency with § 14-903(a) of this subtitle.

In subsection (d) of this section, the reference to the information "specified
in subsection (c)(1) of this section" is substituted for the former reference to
information "as aforesaid" for clarity.

In subsection (e) of this section, the reference to registering each individual
convicted of failing to register and reporting the registration to the
Governor "in accordance with § 14-903 of this subtitle" is substituted for
the former references to registering a person "as aforesaid" and reporting
the registration to the Governor "as hereinbefore provided" for clarity.

In subsection (f) of this section, the reference to an individual "registered
