EHRLICH, JR., Governor Ch. 5 (1) BEFORE A COURT ENTERS JUDGMENT IN A PROCEEDING IN ANY (I) THE PLAINTIFF SHALL FILE IN THE COURT AN AFFIDAVIT THAT (II) IF THE PLAINTIFF IS UNABLE TO FILE AN AFFIDAVIT IN 1. THE DEFENDANT IS A PERSON IN EMERGENCY 2. THE PLAINTIFF IS UNABLE TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE (2) IF THE PLAINTIFF DOES NOT FILE AN AFFIDAVIT IN ACCORDANCE (I) ORDERS ENTRY OF THE JUDGMENT; AND (II) APPOINTS AN ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT THE DEFENDANT IN (3) THE COURT ON MOTION SHALL APPOINT AN ATTORNEY TO (4) UNLESS THE COURT FINDS THAT THE DEFENDANT IS NOT A PERSON (5) THE COURT MAY ISSUE ANY OTHER ORDER OR ENTER ANY (B) FAILURE OF PARTY TO APPEAR (1) IF A PERSON IN EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT SERVICE OR PERSON (I) APPOINT AN ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT THE PERSON; |
