Ch. 5 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND 13-814. FINES. (A) IN GENERAL. ON THE IMPOSITION OF A FINE BY A COURT-MARTIAL AND ON THE APPROVAL (B) COLLECTION OF UNPAID FINES. (1) IF AN OFFICER OR ENLISTED INDIVIDUAL DOES NOT PAY A FINE (2) THE DISTRICT COURT SHALL REQUIRE THAT A FINE IMPOSED (I) THE COURT RECEIVES A CERTIFICATE IN WRITING FROM THE (II) THE OFFENDER IS ARRESTED AND BROUGHT BEFORE THE (C) PENALTY FOR FAILURE TO PAY FINES. IF AN OFFENDER DEFAULTS ON PAYMENT OF THE FINE AND COSTS ORDERED (D) FINES PAID TO FINANCE OFFICER. (1) A FINE COLLECTED UNDER SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION SHALL (2) THE FINANCE OFFICER SHALL APPLY ANY FINES RECEIVED TO THE (E) REMISSION OF FINES.
