12-821. CHAIRMAN.

(A) IN GENERAL.

THE GOVERNOR SHALL APPOINT A CHAIRMAN FROM AMONG THE MEMBERS OF
THE BOARD.

(B) TIE VOTE.

THE CHAIRMAN SHALL BE THE DECIDING VOTE IF THERE IS A TIE VOTE BY THE
BOARD.

12-822. MEETINGS; COMPENSATION.

(A)     MEETINGS.

(1)      THE BOARD SHALL MEET AT LEAST ONCE EACH CALENDAR
QUARTER, AT THE TIMES AND PLACES THAT IT DETERMINES.

(2)      THE BOARD MAY HOLD SPECIAL MEETINGS AS PROVIDED IN ITS
REGULATIONS.

(B)     COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES.
A MEMBER OF THE BOARD:

(1)      MAY NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD;
BUT

(2)      IS ENTITLED TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE
STANDARD STATE TRAVEL REGULATIONS, AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET.
