11-202. ESTABLISHED; STATUS.

(A)     ESTABLISHED.

THERE IS AN EXPLOSIVES ADVISORY COUNCIL IN THE DEPARTMENT.

(B)     STATUS.

THE COUNCIL IS INDEPENDENT OF THE DEPARTMENT, EXCEPT FOR STAFF
ASSISTANCE AND SUPPLIES THAT MAY BE PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT TO THE
COUNCIL.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 88B, § 30A(b) and (f).

In subsection (b) of this section, the reference to assistance and supplies
"that may be" provided is substituted for the former reference to "limited"
assistance and supplies for clarity.
