AN ACT to amend Chapter 225, titled "Zoning"; Article VI, titled "R-20, R-21
and R-22 Residential Districts" to be renamed as "R-20, R-21, R-22 and REC
Residential Districts," adding Section 225-27, titled "REC, Residential, Educational
and Cultural District" to create a new residential, educational and cultural district;
and to amending Article XV, titled "Zoning Map" Section 225-76, titled "Adoption of
Map" to establish the boundaries of the REC district, on both sides of West Camden
Avenue from the corporate limits of Salisbury south to Dogwood Drive.

(10) lot penalty for utilization of rural base density.

Section 225-73, titled "Paleochannel Overlay District" to prohibit uses involving the
storage and/or generation of materials that are ignitable, corrosive, reactive, toxic,
hazardous, infectious or chemical or petroleum laden over the Paleochannel.
