AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Personnel - Classified Service; Exempt Service

FOR the purpose of adopting certain pay schedules; providing for increases in the pay
of certain employees; altering, adding, or deleting certain classes and minimum
qualifications; and altering the pay grade of certain classes.

BY repealing:

Article 8, §§ 1-201(b)(6A), (94A), (99), (127), (133), (136), (144A), (156), (157),
(158A), (170B), (207), (207A), (258), and (292); 1-203(d)(1); and
2-102(b)(1)(xiv), (xv), (xix), (xxi), (xxv), (xl), (xlv), and (xl)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:

Article 8, §§ 1-201(b)(20) and (155) (as amended by Bill No. 52-02); 1-202(c)(2)

(10) (as amended by Bill No. 52-02), (12), (13), (16A), (22) (as amended by
Bill No. 52-02), and (24); 1-203(c)(2) through (7); 1-205(b)(1) and (c)(9) (as
amended by Bill No. 52-02); 1-206.1(e)(2); 1-211; and 2-102.1(a) and (b)
(as amended by Bill No. 52-02)

Article 8, §§ 1-201(159), (160), (161), and (162); 1-206(e) through (h); and
2-102(b)(1)(xiv) through (xvi), (xvii), (xviii) through (xx), (xxi) through
(xxxiv), (xxxv) through (xxxviii), (xxxix) through (xlii), and (xliii) through
(xlv), respectively
