AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Planning and Development - Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage

Systems

FOR the purpose of amending the Anne Arundel County Master Plan for Water
Supply and Sewerage Systems to facilitate the policies and goals of the Plan;
amending the official Master Plan maps to reflect revisions to the service
categories; addressing specific funded Capital Projects; and generally relating to
the 1999 Master Plan for Water Supply and Sewerage Systems Strategic Plan
Initiatives.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 24, § 1-102(3)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Homeowners Property Tax Credit Program

FOR the purpose of altering a certain percentage utilized in determining the local
supplement to the Homeowners Property Tax Credit Program.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 6, § 1-108(c)(2)(iii)

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Reorganization - Information Technology

FOR the purpose of creating an Office of Information Technology; creating the
position of Information Technology Officer; providing for the duties and
authorities of the Office of Information Technology and the Information
Technology Officer; providing for the applicability of this ordinance; and
generally relating to the establishment of the Office of Information Technology.

BY repealing:

Article 1A, §§ 6-101(c) and (d); and 6-102(d) and (f)
