AN ACT

TO AUTHORIZE AND EMPOWER THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
WORCESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND TO BORROW ON ITS FULL FAITH AND
CREDIT, AND TO ISSUE AND SELL ITS GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS AND
ITS BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES THEREFOR, AT ONE TIME OR FROM TIME
TO TIME WITHIN FOUR YEARS FROM THE DATE THIS BILL BECOMES
EFFECTIVE, IN AN AMOUNT NOT EXCEEDING $3,100,000 TO PROVIDE
FINANCING FOR THE RENOVATION AND EQUIPPING OF THE WORCESTER
COUNTY COURT HOUSE IN SNOW HILL, MARYLAND INCLUDING PAYMENT
OF ALL RELATED COSTS AND COSTS OF ISSUANCE OF SUCH BONDS.

For the purpose of authorizing the issuance and sale by County Commissioners of
Worcester County, Maryland of its general obligation bonds and its bond anticipation
notes to finance the renovation and equipping of the Worcester County Court House
in Snow Hill, Maryland.

Natural Resources - Forest Conservation

For the purpose of amending the Worcester County Forest Conservation Law in
accordance with the requirements of State Law and to implement actions agreed upon
in the Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan for the Maryland Coastal
Bays.
