[Section SC 2-12 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date April 30, 2002]

Charter Amendment No. 824

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SALISBURY TO
AMEND THE CHARTER TO PERMIT THE CITY COUNCIL, ACTING BY
RESOLUTION, TO SOLICIT INFORMATION OR ADVICE FROM ANY SOURCE,
INCLUDING SPECIAL LEGAL COUNSEL AND OTHER CONSULTANTS AND
FOR THAT PURPOSE TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS IN THE BUDGET ORDINANCE
TO PAY FEES AND OTHER COSTS.

[Section SC 2-15 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

(PREVENTING THE MAYOR FROM VETOING A BUDGET ORDINANCE).
