THE CITY'S PROPERTY TAX RATE TO COMPLY WITH CHANGES IN STATE

County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

CLARIFY SHARED FUNDS DUE PAYABLE TO THE CITY.

Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.
