Charter Amendment Resolution No. C-01-02

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E
of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to amend the Charter of the said Town, said
Charter being a part of the public local laws of Maryland (1963 Edition, as amended),
which Article contains in whole or in part the Charter of the Town of Landover Hills,
Maryland, whereby the Mayor and Council provide that Section 606 of the Charter of
the Town of Landover Hills, Maryland, is amended so that no candidate need to seek
signatures on a petition for candidacy and certain other changes are made to clarify
this section.

with amendments.

Charter Amendment Resolution No. CA-02-02

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE
of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended) to amend the Charter of the said town, by
amending Section 204 of the Charter of the Town of Landover Hills, Maryland, so that
the ward boundaries conform to the 2000 census data.
