Charter Amendment 2001-1

AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 9-10 OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
ELDORADO TO REPEAL SECTION REGARDING THE PROPERTY TAX AS
BEING ESTABLISHED BY THE TOWN CHARTER.

[Section 9-10 of the Charter of the Town of Eldorado, Dorchester County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date June 28, 2001]

Annexation Resolution A1-2000

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the Town of Elkton, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and Section
19 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition - 1998
Replacement Volume), for the enlargement of the corporate boundaries of said Town
by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and adjoining the existing corporate
area.

[Pursuant to Section C2-1 of the Charter of the Town of Elkton, Cecil County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement).
