Ehrlich, Jr. Governor House Bill No. 1156 AN ACT concerning Maryland Parole Commission - Membership FOR the purpose of increasing the number of appointed members of the Maryland BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Correctional Services 7-202. (a) (1) The Commission consists of [eight] TEN members.
