H.B. 98 VETOES Robert L. Ehrlich, Jr. House Bill No. 82 AN ACT concerning Job-Related Substance Abuse Testing - Specimens - Definition FOR the purpose of adding saliva derived from the human body to the list of BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Health - General 17-214. (a) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated. (10) "Specimen" means: (i) Blood derived from the human body; (ii) Urine derived from the human body; [or] (iii) Hair derived from the human body as provided in subsection (IV) SALIVA DERIVED FROM THE HUMAN BODY. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect May 21, 2003 The Honorable Michael E.
