ROBERT L. EHRLICH, JR., Governor S.B. 568 (i) out-of-state boaters; and (ii) Maryland residents who register a boat in another state; (2) study security issues involved in issuing a boating license, and (3) study the benefits and costs associated with establishing a State (4) study methods of incorporating boater safety education into a boating (5) consider the effect of a boating license requirement on tourism and (6) survey actions taken by other states to address concerns regarding (7) make any recommendations with respect to the feasibility and (e) A member of the Task Force: (1) may not receive compensation; but (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State (f) The Department of Natural Resources shall provide staff support for the (g) The Task Force shall issue a final report of its findings and SECTION 2.
