(A) BEFORE AN INSTITUTION MAY OPERATE AN ELECTROLOGY EDUCATION (B) THE BOARD SHALL APPROVE AN ELECTROLOGY EDUCATION PROGRAM IN (1) THE MARYLAND HIGHER EDUCATION COMMISSION APPROVES THE (2) THE INSTITUTION THAT OFFERS THE PROGRAM SUBMITS EVIDENCE (I) MEET THE STANDARDS (II) CARRY OUT AN EDUCATION PROGRAM IN: 1. THE THEORY OF ELECTROLOGY 2. THE CLINICAL PRACTICE OF ELECTROLOGY (C) (1) THE BOARD PERIODICALLY MAY EVALUATE ELECTROLOGY (2) IF AN INSTITUTION THAT OFFERS AN APPROVED ELECTROLOGY 8-6B-17. (A) SUBJECT TO THE HEARING PROVISIONS OF § 8-317 OF THIS TITLE AND § (1) IS GUILTY OF FRAUD OR DECEIT IN OBTAINING OR ATTEMPTING TO (2) ACTS IN A MANNER INCONSISTENT WITH GENERALLY ACCEPTED (3) ADVERTISES IN A MANNER THAT THE BOARD DETERMINES - 3236 -
