EHRLICH, JR., Governor S.B. 269 (2) AN APPLICANT WHO FAILS TWO REEXAMINATIONS MAY RETAKE THE (I) RETAKES THE ENTIRE EXAMINATION; (II) PAYS THE FULL EXAMINATION FEE; AND (III) COMPLETES AN EDUCATION PROGRAM THAT THE BOARD 8-6B-11. (A) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION, THE BOARD MAY WAIVE (B) THE BOARD MAY GRANT A WAIVER UNDER THIS SECTION ONLY IF THE (1) PAYS THE LICENSE FEE REQUIRED BY THE BOARD; AND (2) PROVIDES ADEQUATE EVIDENCE THAT THE APPLICANT: (I) MEETS THE QUALIFICATIONS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY THIS (II) BECAME LICENSED IN THE OTHER STATE AFTER PASSING IN (III) BECAME LICENSED IN THE OTHER STATE AFTER MEETING 8-6B-12. (A) THE BOARD SHALL ISSUE A LICENSE TO ANY APPLICANT WHO: (1) MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SUBTITLE; AND (2) PAYS A LICENSE FEE SET BY THE BOARD. (B) THE BOARD SHALL INCLUDE ON EACH LICENSE THAT THE BOARD ISSUES (1) LICENSED ELECTROLOGIST; OR (2) LICENSED ELECTROLOGY INSTRUCTOR 8-6B-13. (A) AN ELECTROLOGIST'S LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE - 3233 -
