S.B. 248 VETOES (1) Met the requirements of § 17-302.1 of this article; and (2) Provided documentation to the Board evidencing the completion of 60 17-3A-02.2. (A) THE BOARD SHALL GRANT A LICENSE TO PRACTICE CLINICAL MARRIAGE (1) IS A STATE RESIDENT; (2) IS LICENSED OR CERTIFIED AS A MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST (3) SUBMITS AN APPLICATION ON THE FORM THAT THE BOARD (4) PAYS TO THE BOARD THE APPLICATION FEE SET BY THE BOARD. (B) THE BOARD SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS TO IMPLEMENT THIS SECTION. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect May 22, 2003 The Honorable Thomas V.
