(2)     two members of the House of Delegates, appointed by the Speaker of
the House;

(3)     the Secretary of the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation,
or the Secretary's designee;

(4)     (3) the Secretary of the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene,
or the Secretary's designee;

(5) (4) one representative of a local department of health, appointed by
the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene;

(6) (5) the chairman of the Maryland Tourism Development Board, or
the chairman's designee;

(6)     one representative of the Maryland Tourism Council;

(7)     one representative of the Maryland Association of Counties,
appointed by the Governor;

(8)     one representative from a rural regional economic development
organization, appointed by the Governor;

(9)     one representative from an urban regional economic development
organization, appointed by the Governor; and

(10)   two operators of a bed and breakfast, one of whom operates a bed and
breakfast having five rooms or less, appointed by the Maryland Bed and Breakfast
Association; and

(11)   one representative from the Annapolis Bed and Breakfast
Association.

(c)     The Governor shall designate the chairman of the Task Force.

(d)     The Department of Legislative Services shall provide staff for the Task
Force.

(e)     A member of the Task Force may not receive compensation for serving on
the Task Force, but is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard
State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.

(f)      The Task Force shall:

(1)     study the health regulations that govern bed and breakfast
operators;

(2)     study the advantages and disadvantages of requiring a commercial or
stainless steel kitchen when serving a hot breakfast;

(3)     compare State health regulations with health regulations in other
states that govern bed and breakfast operators; and

(4)     make recommendations regarding:
