(1) THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO A BUILDING OR PREMISES (2) THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL MAY ENTER A BUILDING OR PREMISES (C) PRIOR NOTICE PROHIBITED. AN INDIVIDUAL, INCLUDING AN EMPLOYEE OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL, MAY (D) INSPECTION OF PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. (1) SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY THE COMMISSION, (2) IF THERE IS NO AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE, THE (E) PROTECTION OF TRADE SECRETS. (1) IN THIS SUBSECTION, "TRADE SECRET" MEANS A CONFIDENTIAL (I) IS USED IN AN EMPLOYER'S BUSINESS; (II) GIVES THE EMPLOYER AN OPPORTUNITY TO OBTAIN AN (III) IS KNOWN ONLY TO THE EMPLOYER AND THOSE EMPLOYEES (2) (I) EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SUBPARAGRAPH (II) OF THIS (II) INFORMATION DESCRIBED IN SUBPARAGRAPH (I) OF THIS - 305 -
