Ch. 422 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND (B) THE BOARD MAY GRANT A WAIVER UNDER THIS SECTION ONLY IF THE (1) PAYS THE LICENSE FEE REQUIRED BY THE BOARD; AND (2) PROVIDES ADEQUATE EVIDENCE THAT THE APPLICANT: (I) MEETS THE QUALIFICATIONS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY THIS (II) BECAME LICENSED IN THE OTHER STATE AFTER PASSING IN (III) BECAME LICENSED IN THE OTHER STATE AFTER MEETING 8-6B-12. (A) THE BOARD SHALL ISSUE A LICENSE TO ANY APPLICANT WHO: (1) MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SUBTITLE; AND (2) PAYS A LICENSE FEE SET BY THE BOARD. (B) THE BOARD SHALL INCLUDE ON EACH LICENSE THAT THE BOARD ISSUES (1) LICENSED ELECTROLOGIST; OR (2) LICENSED ELECTROLOGY INSTRUCTOR (A) AN ELECTROLOGIST'S LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE (B) AN ELECTROLOGY INSTRUCTOR'S LICENSE ISSUED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE 8-6B-14. (A) A LICENSE EXPIRES ON A DATE SET BY THE BOARD, UNLESS THE LICENSE (B) A LICENSE MAY NOT BE RENEWED FOR A TERM LONGER THAN 2 YEARS. (C) AT LEAST 1 MONTH BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES, THE BOARD SHALL (1) THE DATE ON WHICH THE CURRENT LICENSE EXPIRES; - 2938 -
