8-6B-08. (A) TO QUALIFY FOR A LICENSE, AN APPLICANT SHALL BE AN INDIVIDUAL (B) THE APPLICANT SHALL BE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER (C) THE APPLICANT SHALL BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. (D) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS SUBTITLE, AN APPLICANT (1) AN ELECTROLOGY EDUCATION PROGRAM, TAUGHT BY A LICENSED
(2) AN ELECTROLOGY EDUCATION PROGRAM IN ANY OTHER STATE (E) EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE APPLICANT (F) IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION, AN (1) BE A LICENSED ELECTROLOGIST; (2) HAVE PRACTICED ELECTROLOGY ACTIVELY FOR AT LEAST 5 YEARS (3) PASS (4) MEET ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN REGULATIONS 8-6B-09.
