Ch. 5 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND EACH MEMBER SHALL HAVE EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING TO DEAL WITH THE (C) TENURE; VACANCIES. (1) THE TERM OF A MEMBER IS 5 YEARS.
