In subsection (d)(6) of this section, the reference to "filing a complaint
against" juveniles is added to conform to the terminology used in the
Juvenile Justice System.

In subsection (e) of this section, the phrase "in accordance with the State
budget" is substituted for the former phrase "pursuant to an appropriation
in the annual State budget" for brevity and consistency with language used
throughout this article.

(A)     IN GENERAL.

IN THIS TITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS INDICATED.
