SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Maryland Insurance
Commissioner shall adopt regulations that define terrorism in a manner that is
consistent with the definition used or recommended by the National Association of
Insurance Commissioners.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2003.

AN ACT concerning

Higher Education - St. Mary's College of Maryland - Governing Authority

FOR the purpose of providing that the authority of the Board of Trustees of St. Mary's
College of Maryland may not be superseded by any State agency or office in
certain management affairs except by a provision of law that specifically
references the College; and generally relating to the governing authority of St.
Mary's College of Maryland.
