Ch. 379 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND believed in good faith that, without further action on the part of the applicant, the (d) In support of the assertion required by subsection (c)(3) of this section, the (1) if the applicant is currently registered to vote in the State, identify (2) if the applicant has attempted to register or update a voter (i) except as provided under subsection (e) of this section, the name (ii) the approximate date of the transaction; and (iii) any additional information required by the State Board. (e) An applicant for a temporary certificate of registration is not required to 9-403.
