Ch. 377 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND 27-101. (c) Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of the (25) Except as provided in subsections (f) and (q) of this section, § (26) § 21-902.1 ("DRIVING WITHIN 12 HOURS AFTER ARREST"); OR [(26)] (27) § 27-107(d), (e), (f), or (g) (Prohibited acts - Ignition interlock SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take Approved May 22, 2003. CHAPTER 377 AN ACT concerning Criminal Procedure - Counterfeiting, Forgery, and Credit Card Offenses - FOR the purpose of providing that the District Court has jurisdiction that is BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, BY adding to Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings Section 4-301(b)(19) Annotated Code of Maryland (2002 Replacement Volume) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF - 2698 -
