(13)   agricultural land, not including any improvements, that is located in
an agricultural preservation district;

(14)   real property that is owned by Friends of the Oliver House, Inc.;

(15)   real property that is owned by the Bird River Beach Community
Association, Inc.;

(16)   real property that is owned by Harewood Park Community League,
Inc.;

(17)   real property that is owned by any other nonprofit community
association, civic league or organization, or recreational or athletic organization;
[and]

(18)   personal property that is owned by the Genesee Valley Outdoor
Learning Center, Inc.; AND

(5) (19) REAL PROPERTY THAT IS OWNED BY THE MARYLAND STATE
GAME AND FISH PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION, INC.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1 June 1, 2003 and shall be applicable to all taxable years beginning after June
30, 2003.

AN ACT concerning

Motor Vehicle Administration - Identification Cards Safekids Pix Program

for Children - Expiration Date

FOR the purpose of altering the number of years an identification card remains
effective for certain minors; requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to
establish a Safekids Pix Program; requiring the Administration to inform
parents or guardians of certain minors issued identification cards of the
Safekids Pix Program and to request their consent to include their children in
the database maintained by the Program; requiring the Program to maintain a
database of certain children who are issued identification cards that includes
certain information; providing that the Administration may only provide
information from the database to State and local police departments under
certain circumstances; limiting the use by State and local police departments of
information from the database; authorizing the Administration to adopt certain
regulations; providing for a delayed effective date; clarifying language; and
generally relating to the establishment of a Safekids Pix Program identification
cards for children under a certain age.
