FOR the purpose of altering the number of members that may shall serve on the
Citizens Nursing Home Board in St. Mary's County; providing for the
appointment of certain members of the Board; providing for staggered terms of
certain members of the Board; and generally relating to the St. Mary's County
Citizens Nursing Home Board.
