Oh. 316 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND (2) the licensee fraudulently or deceptively uses a license; (3)] (1) [the licensee knowingly refers] KNOWINGLY REFER a client to a [(4)] (2) [the licensee refers] REFER a client to an establishment where [(5)] (3) as a condition of providing service to a client, [the licensee (i) a promissory note; or (ii) an instrument with warrant of attorney that authorizes [(6)] (4) [the licensee advertises] ADVERTISE a job for which there is no [(7)] (5) [the licensee sends] SEND a client to an employer for a job with (i) the employer previously requested regular interviews with (ii) the [licensee] EMPLOYMENT AGENCY tells the client that the [(8)] (6) [the licensee splits] SPLIT a fee with an employer or [(9)] (7) [the licensee charges] CHARGE a client a registration fee or [(10)] (8) [the licensee publishes] PUBLISH or [causes] CAUSE to be [(11)]9) [the licensee solicits] SOLICIT for other employment an [(12)]10) [the licensee engages] ENGAGE in fraud or dishonest dealing; or [(13)]11) [the licensee violates] VIOLATE this title. .
