Ch. 237                                    2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND

YEARS AND, AT THE END OF June 30, [2003] 2006, with no further action required by
the General Assembly, Section 3 of this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force
and effect.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July June 1, 2003. It shall remain effective for a period of 3 years and 1 month and, at
the end of June 30, 2006, with no further action required by the General Assembly,
this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning

Health Occupations - Dentists and Dental Hygienists - Volunteer Licenses

FOR the purpose of altering the name of certain licenses establishing a volunteer
dentist's license and a volunteer dental hygienist's license; authorizing certain
dentists to qualify for a volunteer dentist's license to practice dentistry;
authorizing certain dental hygienists to qualify for a volunteer dental
hygienist's license to practice dental hygiene; making this Act contingent on the
taking effect of another Act; and generally relating to the volunteer dentist's
license and the volunteer dental hygienist's license.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 4-101(i)(2)(vi) and (vii), (j)(2)(iii) (i)(2)(ii) and (iii), and (k)(2)(iv) (k)(2)(iii)
and (iv), 4-302(i) and (j), 4-304(c) and (e), and 4-308(c) and (f)
