renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the
buildings and permanent exhibits of the Patuxent River Naval
Air Museum and Visitors Center, located in Lexington Park (St.
Mary's County)................................................................................              225,000

(AP) Pocomoke River Discovery Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Mayor and City Council of Pocomoke City for the
repair and renovation of the Pocomoke River Discovery Center,
located on Main Street in Pocomoke City (Worcester County).....              150,000

(AQ) Salisbury City Park. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to the
Mayor and City Council of Salisbury for the repair and
reconstruction of the historic bandstand pavilion, pedestrian
bridges, the Beaverdam Bridge, the Picnic Island Bridge, and
the Memorial Drive bridges located in the City Park in
Salisbury, subject to the requirement that the grantee grant and
convey an historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may include in kind contributions (Wicomico
County).............................................................................................              150,000

(AR) Salvation Army Centennial Wing. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of The Salvation Army for the
renovation of the existing facility and the construction and
capital equipping of a new wing, located at 351 Hilltop Lane in
Annapolis (Anne Arundel County).................................................              250,000

(AS) Sandy Spring Slave Museum and African Art Gallery. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $75,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the Board of Directors of Sandy
Spring Slave Museum and African Art Gallery, Inc. for the
construction and capital equipping of a building to house a
museum and art gallery, located in Sandy Spring.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12(5) of this Act, the
matching fund may include funds expended prior to the effective
date of this Act (Montgomery County)...........................................                75,000

(AT) Sojourner Truth Collection. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
(i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of the Prince George's County Memorial
Library System for the renovation and reconstruction of the
portion of the Oxon Hill branch of the Prince George's County
Memorial Library System that houses and serves as exhibition
space for the Sojourner Truth Collection, located at 6200 Oxon
Hill Road in Oxon Hill. Notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 12(5) of this Act, the matching fund may include real
property, in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the
