(AF) Joshua Group Ministries. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
(i) $175,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of The Joshua Group Ministries, Inc. for
the construction of a community center to be used for drug and
marriage counseling, located at 111 Geneva Avenue, in Silver
Spring. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12(5) of this
Act, the matching funds may include real property (Montgomery
County)............................................................................................. 175,000
(AG) Kent County Recreation and Community Complex. Provide a
grant equal to the lesser of (i) $500,000 or (ii) the amount of the
matching fund provided, to the County Commissioners of Kent
County for the construction and capital equipping of a multi-use
recreation and community complex, located on Maryland Route
297 in Worton. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 12(5)
of this Act, the matching fund may include real property (Kent

(AH) Marley Neck School Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of
(i) $150,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Directors of Marley Neck School Center, Inc. for the
repair, renovation, restoration, reconstruction, capital
equipping, and preservation of the existing historic Marley Neck
School building, a Rosenwald School, located in Glen Burnie,
subject to the requirement that the grantee grant and convey an
historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Anne
Arundel County).............................................................................. 150,000
(AI) Melwood Horticultural Training Center Facilities. Provide a
grant in the total principal amount of $200,000, to the Board of
Directors of the Melwood Horticultural Training Center, Inc. for
the development of 10 acres of land adjoining the Melwood
property on Dower House Road in Upper Marlboro, including
the construction and capital equipping of a new grounds
maintenance, storage, and repair facility, as well as other site
improvements (Prince George's County)........................................ 200,000
(AJ) Mount Olive Community Life Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of the Mount Olive
Community Development Corporation, Inc. for the acquisition,
design, construction, and capital equipping of the Mount Olive
Community Life Center to provide community outreach,
entrepreneurial and business development services, and
employment and computer technology training, located in
Annapolis, subject to the requirement that the grantee grant and
convey an historic easement to the Maryland Historical Trust.
