the construction of Chesapeake Village Park (Baltimore

(D)    Chesterwood Park. Provide a grant to the County Executive and
County Council of Baltimore County to assist in the design and
construction of site improvements at Chesterwood Park,
including the removal of existing facilities and the construction
of facilities for public access to the water (Baltimore County)...

(E)     Doctors Community Hospital. Provide a grant to the Board of
Directors of Doctors Community Hospital to design, construct,
and purchase capital equipment for a new emergency facility at
Doctors Community Hospital in Lanham. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may include funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................

(F)     Foundation School. Provide a grant to the Board of Directors of
the Foundation School to assist in the design, construction and
capital equipping of an elementary/middle/high school in
Landover for emotionally-disabled students. Notwithstanding
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may include funds
expended prior to the effective date of this Act (Prince George's
County)............................................................................................

(G)    Gateway Arts District. Provide a grant to the County Executive
and County Council of Prince George's County to assist in the
acquisition and demolition of properties in the gateway
communities of Mount Rainier, Brentwood, North Brentwood,
and Hyattsville (Prince George's County).....................................

(H) Jewish Family Services Building. Provide a grant to The
Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, Inc. to
assist in the design and construction of a community family
services building in the Park Heights area (Baltimore City)......

(I) Johns Hopkins Institutions. Provide a grant to the Board of
Trustees of the Johns Hopkins Institutions to assist in the
design, construction, and capital equipping of a new School of
Medicine Research Building, subject to the requirement that
the grantee provide an equal and matching fund for this
purpose. Notwithstanding Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching
fund may include funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Baltimore City)................................................................

(J) Maryland Independent College          and University

Association - Baltimore International College. Provide a grant
equal to the lesser of (i) $1,000,000 or (ii) the amount of the
