T00E00.01 Division of Business Development

General Fund Appropriation, provided
that $150,000 of this appropriation for
the Division of Business Development
may only be used to fund a grant to the
Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO)
to help fund activities related to the
BSO's tour abroad and may, not be
expended for any other program or
purpose. Further provided that these
grant funds are in addition to any other
grants from the Maryland State Arts
Council for which the BSO may be
eligible............................................................

Special Fund Appropriation...........................

Funds are appropriated in other agency
budgets to pay for services provided by
this program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as special
funds for operating expenses in this
program.
