All appropriations provided for the
program - M00Q01.03 are to be used only
for the purposes herein appropriated, and
there shall be no budgetary transfer to

Funds are appropriated in other agency
budgets to pay for services provided by
this program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as special
funds for operating expenses in this
program.
