AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Maryland Wine Festival - License Fee

FOR the purpose of altering the fee for the Maryland Wine Festival (MWF) license in
Carroll County; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages licenses in Carroll
County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

8-306.

(a) The Carroll County Board of License Commissioners may issue a special
Maryland Wine Festival (MWF) license.

(e) The license fee is [$50] $200.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2003.
