AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses - Wine Tasting and Beer

Tasting

FOR the purpose of repealing in Carroll County the prohibition against holders of a
wine tasting license or of a beer tasting license to exercise certain privileges
during the Maryland Wine Festival; and generally relating to wine tasting
licenses and beer tasting licenses in Carroll County.
