(e) Except at a licensed stationary blind or blind site, a nonresident may not
hunt wild waterfowl from a boat that is anchored unless accompanied by a Maryland
resident.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2003.

AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Alcoholic Beverages - Servers in Restaurants

FOR the purpose of repealing in Carroll County a certain condition under which a
person who is 18 years old or older may serve and sell alcoholic beverages in
restaurants; allowing in Carroll County a person who is 18 years old or older to
deliver alcoholic beverages in restaurants; and generally relating to alcoholic
beverages in Carroll County.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages
Section 12-302(b)(4)(i)
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

12-302.

(b) (4) (i) The provisions of this paragraph apply only in Carroll County.

(iii) A person 18 years old [and] OR older may serve, [and] sell, OR
DELIVER alcoholic beverages in restaurants [in connection with the serving and
selling of a meal].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2003.
