SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

1-102.

(a) (1) In this article the following words have the meanings indicated.

(17) "Light wine" means any naturally fermented wine containing not in
excess of [14] 15.5 percent of alcohol by volume.

4-101.

(a)     In the jurisdictions listed in this section, "light wine" is a fermented
beverage that contains not in excess of [14] 15.5 percent of alcohol by volume unless
another percentage is listed.

(b)     Allegany County.

(c)     Anne Arundel County.

(d)     Baltimore City.

(e)     Baltimore County — 22 PERCENT.

(f)      Calvert County.

(g)     Caroline County — 22 percent.
(h) Carroll County — 22 PERCENT.
(i) Cecil County.

(j) Charles County.

(k) Dorchester County — 22 percent.

(1) Frederick County — 22 PERCENT.
