BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 1-102. (a) (1) In this article the following words have the meanings indicated. (17) "Light wine" means any naturally fermented wine containing not in 4-101. (a) In the jurisdictions listed in this section, "light wine" is a fermented (b) Allegany County.
