(a) (1) If the Board finds that there are grounds for action under [§ 16-312] (2) If the Board dismisses all charges, the Board shall expunge all record (3) If the Board issues an advisory opinion, the Board, at the request of (b) (1) If a license is revoked or suspended, the holder shall surrender it to (2) At the end of a suspension period, the Board shall return to the [16-316.] 16-315.
